PUMA SUEDE: The ultimate winner of the Battle of the Year Balkans & Bounce 2018!

For the 16th year, the long-awaited Balkan breakdance event took place on Saturday May 5 in Thessaloniki. The Aristotelian University filled with music, intensity and dance, within the framework of the Battle of the Year Balkans & Bounce festival, aiming to bring out the best B-boys and B-girls! In this street culture celebration, the prominent position was the legendary PUMA Suede, the ultimate sneaker that for 50 years has linked its reputation with the notorious B-Boys of the 70s.

Talented dancers and dance groups of all ages have shared the slopes with world-renowned street dancers and launched the temperature with their amazing figures! The battles were distinguished by intense music under the live mixes of the rising djs, alive with vivid colors and elevated mood, creating an explosive atmosphere in the packed room.

The pictures seemed to go out of the 70s when dj Kool Herc chose to play only the breaks of the songs, making one of the most powerful types of music and bringing the first break-boy dancers to the fore. Steps of which had since signed PUMA Suede.

The audience had the chance to change performances through scenes, seminars, movie nights and after parties, and did not miss the opportunity to shoot the most fun posters with the PUMA Suede Giant Shoe! Inside the PUMA feel was diffused. The presenters and the best of the best B-boys, from the younger age to the veterans, honored with their costume preferences the golden anniversary of Suede B-boys. The Battle of the Year Balkans & Bounce curve fell, but its impressions and aura still remain leaving the legendary PUMA SUEDE once more on the podium.
