1. Head circumference
He's the measuring tape around his head
 
2. Perimeter breast
He's the measuring tape around the chest
 
3. Waist
Measured from the point that usually wears his pants
 
4. Perimeter region
He's the measuring tape around the most crowded part of the circumference
