You have the right to return the products you purchased and ask for their replacement as the nature of clothing and footwear items is such that sometimes the products may not meet your expectations due to the fact that you are not physically present at the time of purchase.
Return of non-defective products
We believe that our online store should not be any different from a physical store of the ZAKCRET SPORTS chain, so either if the return of a product is because of a change in size/ color, or for any other reason,( for example, because you were not happy with your product), you can ask for a refund within 30 working days of the date of delivery.
If the return is not made within 30 working days, then ZAKCRET SA may refuse to accept any return of a product for replacement or cancellation of the transaction.
We emphasize that the shipping date of the returned product is the one written by the courier on the receipt to check that it is within the time agreed.
In any case, the returned products must be in the condition they were received by the customer, complete and without any damage and that their packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in perfect condition, together with all the documents accompanying the product (eg Delivery Note, Receipt, Bill of lading etc).
In case of a change in size, design or color in clothing, shoe or accessory due to a customer's fault, the product is sent back to ZAKCRET SA with Geniki Taxydromiki at our cost. We send the new product FREE of charge for the first change. If the customer wishes a refund and is not the fault of the company, the charge is 5.00 € for the return of the product
In short, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender.
Otherwise, the cost of product replacement and new shipping is paid by ZAKCRET SA only if it is requested by the customer for the first time.
Return of Defective Products
In cases in which it is proven that ZAKCRET SA is to blame for selling bad quality and defective products or for making an error in receiving an order, or in invoicing /shipping, if products are damaged during shipment or due to poor packaging, etc. then, we will replace the product, pay the shipping cost for its return (by depositing the corresponding amount into the bank account indicated by the customer) as well as the cost of shipping the new product. In any other case of a refund, the charge is 5,00 euros for the return of the product, if you have already paid the shipping cost .If the order was over 50 euros, you will be charged twice for shipping, 5,00 euros for shipping and 5,00 euros for the return of the product. You can register for the program either at a ZAKCRET SA store using a tablet with the help of our staff, or online, through the program’s page and the participating online stores.
Every customer who becomes a member of ALL FOR YOU automatically becomes a user of the ZAKCRET SA online stores that participate in the program to be able to earn points.
The member of the program automatically becomes a member of the whole network of ZAKCRET SA which consists of physical and online stores.
The member is entitled to use his / her status and privileges in ZAKCRET SA's physical store network and in online stores www.zakcret.gr , www.sneakercage.gr, www.outletcenter.gr and www.district75.gr, always within the framework set by the company each time, which is made known to the member.
The sole obligation of a member in order to enjoy the privileges offered by the program is to provide the number of the mobile phone that he used when he/she registered for the program. The phone number must have been registered by a Greek Mobile Operator.
The number of points and coupons cannot be returned for money. The cardholder will collect 1 point for every 2 € spent (2 euro = 1 point) on non-discount products and 1 point for every 12 € purchases (12 euros = 1 point) on discount products. The member is entitled to a) 5€ Discount Coupon every time 100 points are earned to be used in a future transaction, b) 15€Discount coupon every time 250 points are earned to be used in a future transaction c) 30 € Discount coupon each time 500 points are earned and (d) double points for buying specific products at specific times. The Discount Coupon (of 5€, 15€, 30€) is given to the member either at the cashier or will be sent to him/her by e-mail. Once the member has earned 500 points, they are deducted from his/her account. The coupon is valid for the whole amount of money on the receipt and can be used within 90 days after issuing. The above coupons cannot be combined together and do NOT combine with any other discount coupons from other promotional activities.
ZAKCRET SA reserves the right to unilaterally modify the rewards system and to alter or replace the rewards of purchase.
In order to receive the discount, the member of the program will provide the code of the coupon he/she wishes to use and also the mobile phone number he/she used when registering for the program.
It is understandable that in the event of voltage drop, a malfunction of the cash register system of the stores or a poor internet connection of ZAKCRET SA's shops ,e-shop or in general a force majeure event, the coupon of any discount cannot be used.
The company must only send the coupon if it has not been used. Coupon information cannot be sent to a mobile number other than the one the coupon is connected to or via other means of communication, other than sms.
Member Identification or Registration to All For You Program
The codes used to identify you are two: your Mobile Phone Number and your Password, which give you absolutely safe access to your personal data each time you enter the codes.
You are given the ability to change your password as often as you wish. The only person who has access to your information is you, with the above codes and you are solely responsible for keeping them secret and hiding them from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, you must immediately notify us, otherwise ZAKCRET SA's online store is not responsible for the use of the password by an unauthorized person. For security reasons, we recommend that you change your password regularly and avoid using the same and easily detectable passwords (e.g., birth date)..
Termination of the Program
The COMPANY has the right to terminate the All For You Rewards Program at any time without notice or justification, as this Program is a voluntary provision of ZAKCRET SA.
The member enjoys privileges for as long as the rewards program lasts. ZAKCRET SA reserves the right to change this period.
ZAKCRET SA has the right to unilaterally modify any of the terms described above, as well as the terms of the rewards program, including how the points are calculated and the amount of the reward. ZAKCRET SA also reserves the right to terminate this rewards program.
If for any reason ZAKCRET SA modifies part or all of the terms of the program, or terminates the rewards program, the member has no claim against the company, since he/she accepts that this is a rewards program provided by the company voluntarily.
Points earned by members are deducted annually, 12 months after the registration date to the reward program. Members are informed about the deletion of their points three months in advance by sms on the mobile phone number they gave when they registered.
ZAKCRET SA reserves the right to terminate the program at any time in the event of misuse or attempted fraud by the member. In this case, all points earned will be immediately deleted and all privileges will be deducted.

By registering for the program, you consent to this process and the processing of your personal data (see also Privacy Policy) necessary for this purpose.
